Grocery stores, food shops, and even a barber are just around the corner, as well as the tram going to Hogeschool Denhaag, Denhaag central station etc. You will be living together with one other tenant and the male owner and his dog. The owner was a chef and offers the possibility to eat together when he cooks (costs for this can be discussed personally) If the student has a bike he or she can make use of the shed in the garden and stall it there. The preferred tenant is a non-noisy student either male or female, and should get along with the dog ; ). Smoking is allowed inside the room but not in the shared rooms.
